Refund policy
1. RETURN PERIOD
We accept returns and/or exchanges within 15 days of purchase. After this period, refunds or exchanges cannot be requested.
2. RETURN CONDITIONS
To be eligible, the item must:
* Be unused, in the same conditions as when delivered;
* Be in the original packaging;
* Include proof of purchase (receipt or invoice).
Sale items are non-refundable.
3. EXCHANGES
We only exchange defective or damaged items. Send an email to tecnolojalisboa@gmail.com and return the product to the address provided in the email.
4. EXCLUSIONS
We do not accept returns of the following items:
* Gift cards;
* Health or personal care products;
* Items damaged by misuse or incomplete;
* Items returned after 30 days.
5. REFUND PROCESS
After receiving and inspecting the return:
* We will send you a confirmation email;
* If approved, the refund will be processed using the original payment method.
6. LATE REFUNDS
If you haven't received your refund yet:
* Check your bank statement;
* Contact your card operator;
* If necessary, please send us an email.
7. SHIPPING COSTS
* The customer is responsible for return shipping costs;
* Shipping costs are non-refundable;
* The cost of the return may be deducted from the refund amount.
